How LOLA Works
LOLA offers a supportive, collaborative environment where teachers can focus on what they do best — teaching. We handle communication with families, scheduling, and platform support so you can simply show up and teach.
Our Pay Structure
LOLA uses a standard, academy‑wide pay rate for all teachers. This keeps things simple, fair, and consistent for families and staff. Teachers who join LOLA agree to our rate system.
